Unexpected tragedy and medical expenses

One of my best friends, Sarah, got a call Monday that nobody ever wants to get. Her younger sister, Melanie, was killed in a car wreck Monday morning. Sarah’s 10 year old niece was also in the car and survived, but has major injuries and was in surgery Monday to repair the injury to her intestines and had mouth/teeth surgery also. She has a broken foot, but thankfully it doesn’t require surgery. She will have weeks of physical healing and months/years of emotional/mental/spiritual healing. Sarah’s 14 year old nephew was at home and was notified about his mother’s death by a state trooper and CPS. Sarah will have both kids with her and her family for the foreseeable future, so they will have lots of unexpected expenses. Sarah and her husband, Jaron, both work and they have an 11 year old son, but they will need to be more available and I imagine they will miss work at times. Please consider helping give them peace of mind to be able to provide for Melanie’s kids without worrying about how to pay for medical bills, kids clothes, extra food and all the other expenses. Sarah and Jaron would give all they have to anyone in need, let’s show them love and help them now. Above all, prayers are coveted, so please pray even if you don’t have the means to donate.
