Unexpected newborn baby funeral
My sister Cassandra Hampton single hard working mother of one addalyn rose, Was due today with her second babygirl may 14th 2017 on mothers day! Five days ago she went for her regular testing stress test and all to make sure the baby way growing fine which results came back she was having a healthy baby girl! Last night around 9:00 pm Eastern time her water had broke and she started contractions. Cassie immidiatly went to the birth center in Georgetown where I was born and also where she delivered her first child addalyn. They sent her to women's and babies in Lancaster because they could no longer find a heartbeat during her ultrasound but was 2 cm dilated. My mother holly Vargas rushed her to women's and babies in lancaster PA. They said theywerent sure what went wrong but they still were unable to find a heartbeat and said that her baby girl had passed away about a day or two before this occured. They sent her back to the birthing center in Georgetown PA and our family and a few of her close friends including her first born addalyn stay the entire evening knowing she would be giving birth to a still born baby girl . she was histerical along with everyone else in the family the entire evening and night once we found out the news. The following morning which was today mothers day may 14th 2017 around 10 am she was having so many contractions and was dialated 9 cm, 15 mins after that she gave a very painful never forgettable birth to a beautiful baby girl. My sister family and friends stayed with her the entire day and are still going to visit this evening. She is so heart broken and so is our family, and addalyn doesn't understand why her baby sister won't wake up. My sister has not let go of her since she gave birth and is going to need a lot of counceling and therapy after something this tragic has happened to her and our family. We now have to cover funeral exspenses and anything would help us to give my sister and our baby girl the funeral she deserves. After she was born we found out what caused this and it was because her umbilical cord got wrapped around her neck and cut off all her blood flow, oxygen ect....... We hate asking for help but if anyone could be kind enough to donate anything, anything at all every little bit helps so we can set up and have a proper funeral that my sister and my baby niece deserves it would be greatly appreciated.
