Unexpected loss for the children of Robin Schobey
Donation protected
On August 12, 2022 Robin Gail Schobey, our beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Even through the pain of her loss we take comfort in remembering the wonderful person she was.
In her 42 years Robin touched the lives of many—human and non-human alike. Robin loved fiercely, and to honor that her family was willing to make the ultimate gift of love by donating her organs through TOSA.
Ever since Robin was a little girl she always had an intense love for animals, specifically horses and dogs. Her warm, natural, God-given ability to connect with and understand animals on such a deep level was truly a gift to this world. Throughout her life she always found a way to do the thing that she loved: working with and being around horses and dogs. It was her calling.
In March of 2021 she fulfilled her dream of starting her own grooming business from the ground up: Schooby Doo Mobile Dog Grooming. In just a year she built a successful business with many clients and dogs that she loved, and who loved her in return. It was that unconditional love for her two and four legged clients that drew people to her and her business—and she did what she loved until her last day.
Her children, Sean Willingham and Shelby Rose, and family are grappling with a devastating loss and, because of the sudden nature of her passing, are in need of funds to cover her final medical bills, memorial service and other expenses. We will need to raise money by October 10th, 2022 to ensure costs are covered.
Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We are grateful for anything you are able to give. All of the money raised will go directly to the children and family members.
