Over the past week our family has been hit with two unexpected setbacks.

After more than 10 years in my role as a Client Relationship Manager, I unexpectedly lost my job yesterday without a severance. While I’m actively applying and interviewing for new positions, the sudden loss of income has been difficult to navigate.

To make things even harder, last week our car was involved in an accident after my husband hit a deer. The vehicle has now been declared a total loss today, leaving us without reliable transportation right when we need it most for work searches and everyday life with 4 kids.

We are doing everything we can to move forward quickly, but the combination of losing my job and losing our vehicle at the same time has created an immediate financial strain.

This fundraiser is meant to help us bridge the gap while I secure new employment and to help with replacing our vehicle so we can keep moving forward.
