Unexpected Home Care Expenses

My wife has returned home after suffering a stroke last October. She has left side deficit and is currently receiving physical therapy two times a week. Most of all the other home care expenses including care giving, supplies and medical transport have become out of pocket. 

I have become her primary caregiver. I'm on leave from work and have no regular earned income to look forward to. I'm working on procuring a position that allows me to work from home, whether it be my current job or another position. In the meantime, being able to raise funds for her daily expenses is a priority.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
