For those who may not know it’s with sorrow we inform you that 3 weeks ago Mom, Norma Jean Huson was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Due to the delay in diagnosis and the aggressiveness of the disease mom is currently in palliative care in Nanaimo Regional Hospital. Mom sends her love to all and although she isn’t feeling well enough for visitors, texts and Facebook messages are welcomed. She’s been spending her time with Dad, her girls, grand babies, and her Charlie Boy. We all thank you for your love, support and warm thoughts over the last couple of days. Leslie and I are doing our best to stay in touch and feel free to reach out to either of us if needed.

We have started a go fund me account for those that are able to support us through this unexpected heartbreak in hopes to ease the burden on mom and dad during this time. We love you all.
