Unexpected Goodbye: A Family in Need
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and those who have been touched by her soul one way or another…
My mother-in-law Anita Cariaga was literally the life of the party. As soon as mom entered the door, BOOM, that was it lol. She was punchy, a jokester, a very, VERY loving person, and she always gave good advice. She has touched so many people's lives physically and still spiritually; she was truly one of a kind. When she received her kidney transplant donated by her brother (Uncle Tony), she was given 2-10 years tops… she beat the odds as a fighter. She fought and lived for another 36 years, blazing past their measly 2-10. Everything was good one night until it wasn’t; one minute she’s fine, and the next minute she was gone. It hit us all hard; no one had the time to say our proper goodbyes or I love you’s before she left, except for her son who had to rush and carry her into our car and speed her to the ER within minutes of our home. He was able to let her know that he loved her before she stopped breathing. With my husband losing both parents within a month apart and no life insurance policies, it is difficult to plan for a second funeral, and so I ask to please help us with your donation so that my husband can give her the proper send-off she deserves.
