Unexpected Death of Christin Woodworth
Donation protected
It is with great sadness that we have to share the passing of Christin Woodworth, unexpectedly on June 11, 2021. Christin was a 41-year-old single mother of two beautiful girls, Kennedi 13 years old (father not involved) and Kha’Lani 8 months old. Christin was residing in Oklahoma City for the past 16 years.
Christin was found unresponsive by one of her friends who had been calling her throughout the day without being able to get in touch with her went over to check on her the evening of June 11. Christin’s daughter Kennedi allowed her friend to come in where she found Christin unresponsive in her daughter Kennedi’s room and law enforcement were contacted. Christin was a diabetic and had Barrett’s esophagus, her death has been ruled as natural causes.
Christin was a single mother, a daughter, a sister, a niece, a cousin, and a friend. So many adjectives could be used to describe her and her personality. She had a fighting spirit and was loved by so many. She will be dearly missed.
We have started a fund to help out her loved ones that were left behind with any medical, funeral, child raising and other expenses that may arise. We want to help alleviate some of the financial hardship for her mother, Gretchen Woodworth and family. All funds raised will be used to help offset any costs their family will incur as a result of this unexpected and tragic loss.
We are hoping during this time of sadness we can see people come together to help love and support this devastated family.
Any support will be greatly appreciated. Please keep the Woodworth family in your thoughts and prayers.
