Unexpected death. Please support Sabita’s family.
It all happened so fast, within days and unexpectedly.
On September 1st, Sabita suffered a brain stroke, she was rushed to the nearest hospital (Iwamura, Bhaktapur Nepal) and then was transferred to KMC to be checked by the neurologist. We were told that she suffered a stroke due to cerebral hypoxia which occurs when the brain doesn’t get enough oxygen. She was in the intensive care unit (ICU) in critical condition.
Sabita was a single mother taking care of her mother, her late husband’s mother and her daughter and son. They were all eagerly waiting for her to wake up/recover from this stroke with hopes and prayers. Tragically, she passed away in the evening of September 3rd.
No one is ever prepared for this kind of news.
She impacted many lives and helped many people around her; therefore, I have created this campaign in order to help her family.
Unfortunately, due to her sudden and tragic death, her family has no source of income. To pay for the medical bills, her son borrowed from friends. As we all mourn our loss, please join us in honoring Sabita’s life and consider contributing what you can to support her family.
All funds raised will go to her family to help them during this difficult time.
No donation is too small. Any amount is muchly appreciated. Please help reach this campaign's goal by sharing.
