Unexpected Death of Tracy Webber

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the unexpected passing of Tracy Webber, on January 8, 2023. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle, and friend. With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it can also bring financial burdens. We would like to raise money for Tracy's family.

Tracy's dream was to own an ice cream shop and he and his partner are owners of The Village Ice Cream Factory. The Village Ice Cream Factory was established in the Fall/Winter of 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, in Multnomah Village, which is located in Southwest Portland.
