Calogero Castrogiovanni... A man full of passion and dedication to his family and friends lost his life due to COVID-19 on April 18th, 2020. He leaves behind his wife Enza of 24 years and their 3 beautiful children, Maria Rita, Alessia and Erica.
Together with Enza, Calogero created a beautiful life and family, something everyone admired. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, brother-in law, son in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Anyone that has crossed his path will undeniably remember his smile, laughter and sense of humor.
Calogero was a tile mechanic at Local Union #7 Tile, Mable, & Terrazzo NY-NJ for 23 years. He was a hard and talented worker that took pride in all that he did. Calogero was a devoted member of Societa di San Calogero di Toretta, where he was instrumental in ensuring that we continued our culture and traditions from his native town in Sicily. He was a religious and faithful man.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and social distancing it is difficult for all to pay their respects to our beloved Calogero. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace our beloved angel.
