To help a child who lost both her parents in 1 yr

Our brother Danny Rivera died unexpectedly on Friday March 22, 2019 leaving behind a 15 year old daughter, Kelsey, whose mother had passed away one year earlier. This page is setup by Danny’s brother Tom, sister Kathy, and their spouses Madeline and Curt. Funds will first be used to cover costs laid out for funeral home services in both Florida and New York. Funds will also be used immediately to cover costs laid out for legal representation for guardianship for Kelsey, with additional legal costs planned for probate. Additional funding is planned to cover costs for necessary travel back and forth between NY and Florida for us, especially to setup current high school and temporary living arrangements for Kelsey until a more permanent solution is found. Any additional funds beyond what is listed will be put towards Kelsey’s care and future schooling. We thank you for your thoughts, prayers and generosity. Danny was an amazing dad who loved and raised his daughter Kelsey. His unexpected death left a huge void in everyone's lives.
