Unexpected Death - Honoring Jean’s Legacy

Dear friends and family,

It is with great sadness and with a heavy heart, to share the news of Jean Mendez’s unexpected departure Friday, June 7th 2024. Jean was not just a son, a brother, or a friend; he was an extraordinary soul who touched the lives of many. Life is unfortunately so fragile.

Jean's presence illuminated our lives, he was such a wonderful person. He was loved by many and he had such a big heart. He was kind, he was funny & his infectious smile had a way of filling any space with warmth. He was the type of person that knew how to make you laugh. He loved his family, his friends & he had a passion for sports. He had something about him that would make a person feel seen.

He will be remembered for being such a loving and caring person. Though he's gone, his memory will forever live on in our hearts. Jean your absence leaves a void that can never be filled. We deeply appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and support during this time of remembrance and gratitude for a life that has left a lasting impact on so many. It is in these times of a loss and sadness when you see people coming together to help one another make it through, to support the people we care for. The funds will be utilized to cover expenses of his sudden departure. In honor of his memory, we kindly ask for donations to help cover these costs and give him the dignified farewell he deserves.
