I have experienced a stroke and arthritis in my knees recently, the symptoms of which are causing great difficulty obtaining employment.

I have applied for SSDI (disability) but am told that it may take over a year or more to appeal denials (which practically everyone has). I am in immediate need of money for tires and parts for my car (so I can continue looking for work) and housing and shelter expenses.  

This unemployed 61 year old vet with health issues would like a little help from my friends, family and other kind people.  Every little bit helps.
