Unemployed: Help w/ Rent and Bills

This is taking a lot of courage for me to write this, but I am in a place where I don't know what else to do. I hate to ask for help. I would rather be the one that people ask for help,

On November 4th, 2016, I lost my job and have been on a search for a new one every day. I get up at 6am, check my emails, return phone calls and then hit the job search sites, posting resumes and filling out applications until around noon, making searching for a new job, my job.

I am really struggling with paying Rent,  getting my medications (I am Diabetic and have Asthma) and paying bills. I lost my medical insurance the end of November. I have tried to get on to Apple Health Care, but I keep getting denied, saying that I make too much . I am Unemployed.. I'm not making ANYTHING.  A month of unemployment checks isn't even enough to pay for my rent,  let alone medications. My family is helping as much as they can, but they need their money too.

I have always been the one in the past, that my friends have come to for help, so asking for help for myself is REALLY hard for me. So, I swallow my pride and ask for your help, every little bit helps..
