My name is Caprice and unfortunately, I lost my job 8 months ago due to my political affiliation and conservative views. I live in Washington state, which has laws making it legal to terminate employment without cause. I was awarded unemployment for 3 months, but have applied for over 150 jobs without success. It recently came to my attention that I am not being chosen for interviews or jobs due to my love for God, my country and my President on my social media. I am a single woman, own my home (with a hefty mortgage) and have my elderly parents living with me whom I look after. I posted a video on TikTok expressing my plight and seeking a job - any job before my house goes into foreclosure. Multiple people suggested a GoFundMe until I can find that job. Due to this economy, I didn't feel I had the right to ask for financial help. I simply need a job that pays enough for me to survive.
