Bonjour à tous, je m’appelle Ravelonandro Murielle. J’ai créé cette cagnotte pour soutenir mon frère, Razafindrakoto Faly, vivant à Madagascar, dans son parcours médical. Les plateformes de collecte n’étant pas directement accessibles depuis Madagascar, en résidant en France, je me charge de la réception des dons et de leur transfert intégral afin de financer ses soins médicaux à l’étranger. Cette cagnotte est organisée avec son accord et celui de la famille. Voici le message de Faly :

Je m’appelle Razafindrakoto Faly, j’ai 39 ans, et je vis à Madagascar. Aujourd’hui, je fais appel à votre générosité avec beaucoup d’humilité et d’espoir, car ma vie en dépend.

Je suis atteint d’une polykystose rénale en phase terminale, je suis sous dialyse trois fois par semaine depuis plusieurs mois. Ce traitement, indispensable pour survivre, est extrêmement lourd et éprouvant, et impacte profondément ma santé, mon énergie, mon quotidien et mon avenir.

Avec mon épouse, Tiana Iriantsoa Razafimaharo, nous avons un rêve simple et essentiel : vivre pleinement notre vie de couple, fonder une famille et pouvoir envisager l’avenir avec plus de sérénité. Malheureusement, tant que je resterai sous dialyse à vie, ce projet de vie reste inaccessible.

Aujourd’hui, la seule solution possible est une transplantation rénale.

Je remercie Dieu de m’avoir donné une épouse avec qui je suis compatible. En effet, elle a fait un geste d’amour immense en se proposant comme donneuse vivante, afin de me donner une chance de retrouver une vie normale.

Avant cette greffe, je dois subir une intervention médicale majeure au cours de laquelle mes reins devront être retirés, une étape indispensable pour me permettre d’accéder à la transplantation. La transplantation rénale doit être réalisée dans un hôpital spécialisé à l’étranger, faute de structure adaptée à Madagascar.

Aujourd’hui, le temps est un facteur essentiel.

Malgré tous nos efforts, nous ne disposons pas des moyens financiers nécessaires pour faire face seuls à cette épreuve. C’est donc avec beaucoup de pudeur, mais aussi d’espoir, que je fais aujourd’hui appel à votre solidarité.

(English version) A Call for Hope and Solidarity

My name is Razafindrakoto Faly, I am 39 years old and I live in Madagascar. Today, I am writing to you with great humility and hope, as my life depends on it.

I am suffering from end-stage polycystic kidney disease, and I have been undergoing dialysis three times a week for several months. This treatment, essential for my survival, is extremely heavy and exhausting, deeply impacting my health, my energy, my daily life, and my future.

My wife and I share a simple and essential dream: to fully live our life as a couple, to start a family, and to look forward to the future with serenity. Unfortunately, as long as I remain on dialysis, this life project remains out of reach.

Today, the only possible solution is a kidney transplant. My wife has made an immense gesture of love by volunteering as a living donor, to give me a chance to return to a normal life.

Before this transplant, I must undergo a major medical intervention to have my kidneys removed—an essential step to allow access to the transplant. This care must be carried out in a specialized hospital abroad, as there is no suitable facility in Madagascar. Time is now a critical factor.
