Hello,
I have a friend in dire need. Her name is Denise, and this is her story:
She is a hard working mother of 2 girls, 8 and 17 years old. Her husband worked overseas, and they were married for 19 years . . . She doesn't have any family nearby, she's an only daughter who lost her mother to breast cancer several years ago . . .
While overseas, her husband got hospitalized with a diabetic coma and lost his job with the possibility of having it back after a year of no seizures and better health.
During his hospitalization, Denise found out he had a mistress in the country where he was working at, and running around with other women on top of that. He got sent home, and decided to do absolutely nothing but sit on the couch and play games literally all day long, and was irresponsible with his health and diet.
Meanwhile, bills started piling up, house and vehicle payments getting behind, and Denise covering for everything she could with what she makes, leaving that for the bare necessities. It's a lot when you have to cover for food, utilities, insurance, gas, garbage, etc. Her stress level is up to the roof . . . Earlier this year she had a scheduled surgery for a total hysterectomy, which she had to cancel because she could not afford to take the time off work. She is severely anemic, and needs this surgery.
After months of doing nothing, her husband finally got a minimum wage job, but decides to keep it for himself. She had to get an attorney to file for divorce, and to get some kind of help from her husband who wanted to do everything outside of court.
To make the story short, he left a couple of weeks ago, leaving her with past due bills, no support at all, and fighting in every possible way to get out of everything. Their vehicle got repossessed, and the house is in pre foreclosure. Denise and her daughters are about to be homeless.
Denise is a wonderful human being with a very kind soul, and totally undeserving of a situation like this. I would love for her to have this money so she can buy a small house, a vehicle in good condition, and have the surgery she needs.
Any amount is welcomed and will help as every little counts. Please help her and her daughters.
Thank you, and may God bless you!
Sonia
