Scottish U11 Lacrosse Team trip to compete at UK Finals

7 young pupils from Killearn Primary School have the amazing opportunity to represent Scotland at the Pop Lacrosse English National Championships on 26th June 2024.

They reached the finals after beating tough competition and winning the regional heats. The team will now travel to Birmingham to compete against the other qualifying teams from across the UK.

To raise funds to help them on their way to the Championships, the team is doing a sponsored triathlon this weekend. This will involve a 100m swim, a 2k bike ride and a 1k run. If you can spare a few pennies to help them round the course, it would be greatly appreciated.

The funds will go towards costs for travel, accommodation and sports kit.

It would mean the world to these sporting superstars to represent their country and bring the trophy home to Scotland so all donations would be very welcome!
