Dwayne "Low" Stevens was a dear friend and colleague, a founding employee who personally placed scores of Citi Bike stations on streets and sidewalks throughout New York during the system launch in 2013. Many of us knew him personally and others knew him by reputation. He was a warm friend and a professional who's presence commanded a palpable gravity.
