My name is Steve and I've got an Uncle Bob. He's not my Uncle by blood, he's my Uncle by love; my Uncle by choice; but he's not just my uncle... people far and wide call him "Uncle Bob". He's everyones favorite Uncle...and he's one of the most inspirational people I have ever had the privilage of calling my friend.
Bob Rice is a hard working, blue collar family man and veteran who goes to great lengths to see to it that his family and friends are always in good spirits and well taken care of. Some people know him from being a great bartender, and some know him as the owner of a kickass custom canvas shop called Two Sew Sew Guys; but that's not what defines Bob Rice. What really defines Uncle Bob is his undeniable and unwaivering love for his friends, his community, and most of all, his family.
Bob has worked tirelessly to provide for his family, and saved every penny he could in order to make his wife and 3 children live comfortably. They don't have the biggest house, and they dont have a driveway full of cars, but what they do have is love. The kind that everyone should strive to have for one another; and that is why im starting a gofundme page for him:
Bob recently lost in excess of $90,000 in a ponzi scheme by putting all of his savings in one place, just to have it disappear overnight. The person responsible for this has been sentenced to 8 years in prison, but unfortunately, Bob and his family will never see that money again...
Your donation, no matter how small or how large, will go directly to Bob Rice and his family, and on their behalf I would like to say a huge THANK YOU!! I'm starting the campaign goal at $10,000, but if we can, I would love to hit $25k. His house, his business, his car, and his childrens educations are all on the line... and this man has worked hard with nothing but a smile on his face every time I've ever seen him... we should come together as a community to keep him smiling... Ive seen some amazing things happen for people that really deserve it and I hope to say that I was one of the many people to contribute to getting Bob and his family back on their feet - So please - give a dollar - give twenty - hell, give a thousand...
