Uncle Dougie
Donation protected
Meet my dad Doug (Dougie) Reynon. From being Independent he went to Dependent in one day. So did my brother Dusty Reynon and Lindsey Johnston Reynon who are now rebuilding their lives. My dad is still displaced and lost everything like so many. Both dad and I were hesitant to ask for donations or for any help because he’s with me, I’ll help him find a place, have him save up for a car, etc. I don’t know what his needs are right now but one thing he misses is his truck which was burnt as well. One day he will need household goods when he finds a place but I know having his own vehicle empowered him. It was a way for him to take himself to the doctors, play golf, visit his friends at the mall on Fridays, do visits, and help me with my kids. I’m not asking for anyone to buy him a car but every little penny helps him closer to his goal to purchase a decent car and ease his burdens that is weighing heavy on his heart.
