Carlos Soto died in a tragic boating accident while celebrating Father's Day with his son Vincent, on Lake Mendocino on June 11, 2019. The Soto family is seeking donations to cover the cost of funeral services. Date to be determined. Vincent's remains have yet to be recovered from the lake.  Please help our family give Carlos' Mother some closure for the loss of her beloved son and grandson.  Donations received will go toward the cost of a double plot in Santa Rosa and services in Santa Rosa and Los Angeles, CA.
