Hello, I am Henri Seroux, retiring from my SVP EMEA role at Manhattan Associates after 20 years. Passionate about our industry and our purpose, I want to make opportunities even more attractive for young talents, and for women in particular, to work as Supply Chain leaders, in Now it time to ride for the cause, and gather funds.

April 16th will be the first day of my bicycle ride across Europe, to connect one more time personally all my Teams, so from Trip #1 from London to Paris, Trip #2 From Utrecht to Düsseldorf and Trip#3 from Barcelona to Milan, all between April and June 2026.

• There are way too few women leaders in top supply chain positions in all our companies (statistics are appalling at VP level and C-Suite); not enough are hired, not enough are retained, not enough are prepared to step into leadership roles.

• And yet, where there are women leaders, things work better, corporations work better , performance and relationship improve.

In short, I believe that this could and should change. It is a cause worth mobilizing for, at least personally as a catalyst, looking for a chain reaction.

What could we try to accomplish?

• With the help of great companies and a network of women leaders, from great brands, acting as role models, influential in their organization

• With an initial focus on increasing the number of high potential women candidates (students) to embrace the best Supplychain studies in major countries

• With a program to create opportunities for these talented individuals and accelerated their career:

1. Create dreams and ambitions leveraging the Role Models like yourself and selected excellent school partnerships

2. Leverage individua and partner corporations funds to partially pay for their studies

3. Provide high quality internships leading to job offers

4. Provide mentoring programs to stay in touch and coach their career ambitions

Immediate objective: collect enough funds to sponsor several talented women students to the best Supply Chain & Technology schools in Europe
