What is Afternoon Tea?

Every August, thousands of people dust off their whisks and stick the kettle on to hold an Afternoon Tea, raising money for people affected by breast cancer.

Why?

Every 10 minutes, someone in the UK hears the words “you have breast cancer”. Breast Cancer Now's vision is that by 2050, everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live – and be supported to live well. But to make that happen, we need to act now.

By us here at Solaris holding an Afternoon Tea, we’ll be helping to reach that vision. Any cakes made and donations received will be greatly appreciated!
