Unable to work due to surgery asking for help

Hi, my name is Alex. I recently had surgery for a bone infection I have on one foot,and unhealed ulcers on both feet .Due to this, I am unable to walk and the Dr. has me on strict bed rest. I am unable to work for the next few months. I am also on dialysis along with other health issues. I am unable to go on the kidney transplant list until I am fully healed of my current foot wounds.My wife is currently taking care of me, along with a nurse that comes to my home three days a week.My wife, daughter and grandson all live with me. We have already used all of our savings for our bills and do not know what else to do since I’ve been out off work for over two months I am the bread winner of our home this current job I have does not provide fmla and I don’t qualify for short term disability. I am asking for help and would appreciate anything that can be contributed. Thank you, may god bless.
