Unable to Work Due to Health Emergency

Hi there. I dont normally do things like this but im currently having a really bad ulcerative colitis flare up. I havent been able to work since the 17th and i have no idea when ill be able to return. Im trying to think of ways i can get my bills etc paid and i guess this came to mind. Any help would be appreciated.
