Mi nombre es David Cruz, desde niño fui diagnosticado con riñones Poliquísticos que no se desarrollaron, ni crecieron, al cual pasar el tiempo en el año 2017 mi cuerpo empezó a decaer, donde los medicos me dijeron que mis riñones tenían 20% de su función, por lo cual empece a Dializarme. En aquel entonces residía en la ciudad de Pensilvania contaba con pocos recursos para adquirir un transplante por el cual decide venir al estado de Florida, donde cuentan con instituciones especializadas en dicho campo. Hoy en día es un hecho de que en cualquier momento ya me darán la fecha para el transplante. Por favor ayuden en su aportación, acordándose que la palabra del Señor dice: que Dios ama al dador alegre.
