Nuestra querida Irama Mendoza ha venido transitando un camino muy duro desde septiembre del año 2021 cuando fue diagnosticada de Carcinoma epidermoide pulmonar derecho con infiltración de pared costal adyacente. Luego de un arduo tratamiento y sesiones de quimioterapia y radioterapia se logró neutralizar el tumor. Esperanzados y muy optimistas en la evolución de su recuperación, comenzó una recaída y en la actualidad ha sido diagnosticada con Recidiva de cáncer de pulmón derecho con metástasis cerebral.

La única opción esperanzadora es iniciar un proceso de Inmunoterapia combinada con quimioterapia, los costes de este tratamiento ascienden a la suma de siete mil US$7.000 dólares mensuales, donde requieren 6 ampollas quincenales de Nivolumab de 40mg y cubrir los costes de todo el proceso quincenal para cumplir con su tratamiento.

En la actualidad ya son limitados los recursos para poder costear todo este tratamiento y cada granito de arena contribuirá a darle calidad de vida y con la fe puesta en Dios su pronta sanación. Quienes conocemos y hemos compartido vida con Irama sabemos el corazón inmenso que tiene, una mujer amorosa y muy noble, hija y madre ejemplar, siempre al servicio de quien necesitara de ella.

Hoy Irama nos necesita, el aporte de cada uno por lo mínimo que sea se convertirá en una oportunidad de vida para ella. Que Dios recompense cada aporte que nos puedan brindar.

Our beloved Irama Mendoza has been going through a tough road since September 2021 when she was diagnosed with right lung squamous cell carcinoma with infiltration in the ribs. After arduous treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions, the tumor was neutralized. Hopeful and very optimistic about the evolution of her recovery, she began a relapse and has currently been diagnosed with a Recurrence of right lung cancer with brain metastasis.
