Questo sogno di avere una casa tutta mia lo porto dentro da quando ero bambino. Per me, vederlo realizzato sarebbe come un miracolo, un dono della Madonna di Lourdes a cui sono immensamente devoto che accoglierei con immensa gratitudine. Significherebbe quasi poter camminare di nuovo, avere una stabilità e una serenità che desidero dà SEMPRE. Non sto chiedendo per me, ma per posare il primo mattone di una casa che per me significa protezione, tranquillità, il mio rifugio. Ogni piccolo contributo sarebbe un pezzetto del mio cammino verso questa libertà e dignità. Avere una casa per me significherebbe gridare la mia voglia grande di vivere, dimostrare che anche per persone come me si possono realizzare cose straordinarie. Vorrebbe dire costruirmi una vita nuova, diversa, piena di una speranza tutta mia.

A quasi 47 anni, dal 1997 in carrozzina , continuo a lottare per la mia indipendenza, sogno la liberta di fare cose semplici , come scaldarmi un te , cucinare per un amica, essere autonomo nel mio bagno o nella stanza per mettermi nel letto da solo .

Per dare vita a questo mio sogno ,ho calcolato una spesa totale che si aggira intorno ai 450.000 euro, necessari per l’acquisto di:

• terreno(mq. 1800 vedete in foto)

• la costruzione della casa DITTA WOLF System srl, (modello ANTEA vedete in foto) comprende: pareti esterne finite con cappotto termico intonacato, pareti interne, tetto a capriate reticolari solaio isolato+tetto freddo ventilato, manto di copertura con tegole, lattoneria in alluminio anodizzato, serramenti esterni in pvc, trasporto con tir, gru, montaggio, ponteggi, calcoli statici, disegni esecutivi della struttura Wolf, massetti e sottofondi interni, stuccature e rasature pareti, tinte interne, pavimenti e rivestimenti interni, porte interne, sanitari e rubinetterie, impianto elettrico, impianto di riscaldamento Energia più AIR considerata pompa di calore aria-aria che gestisce il riscaldamento, ed il raffrescamento dei locali, boiler in pompa di calore per l’acqua calda sanitari, il tutto abbinato ad un impianto fotovoltaico.

• Spese per realizzazione e calcoli strutturali delle opere in cemento armato, allacci alle utenze, allestimento di cantiere, sistemazioni esterne, rivestimenti.

• costruzione garage.

• arredamento interno della casa con inserimento di componenti complementari e funzionali

• spese che comprendono tutti gli onorari e le spese professionali per le attività di competenza del geometra, dalla fase preliminare fino alla conclusione dei lavori.

• Spese interventi di finitura e completamento esterno.

This dream of having a home of my own has been within me since I was a child. For me, seeing it realized would be like a miracle, a gift from Our Lady of Lourdes, to whom I am immensely devoted, and one I would welcome with immense gratitude. It would almost mean being able to walk again, having the stability and serenity that she ALWAYS desires. I'm not asking for myself, but to lay the first brick of a home that for me means protection, tranquility, my refuge. Every small contribution would be a small piece of my journey toward this freedom and dignity. Having a home for me would mean shouting out my great desire to live, demonstrating that even for people like me, extraordinary things can be achieved. It would mean building a new life, different, full of hope all my own.

At almost 47, and in a wheelchair since 1997, I continue to fight for my independence. I dream of the freedom to do simple things, like heating a cup of tea, cooking for a friend, being independent in my bathroom or bedroom, even getting into bed by myself.

To make this dream come true, I've estimated a total cost of around €450,000, required for the purchase of:

land (1,800 sq. m., see photo)

The construction of the house by WOLF System srl (model ANTEA, see photo) includes: exterior walls finished with plastered thermal insulation, interior walls, lattice truss roof, insulated attic and ventilated cold roof, tiled roofing, anodized aluminum sheet metal, PVC exterior windows, transport by truck, crane, assembly, scaffolding, static calculations, Wolf construction drawings, internal screeds and underlayments, wall plastering and smoothing, interior paint, interior flooring and cladding, interior doors, bathroom fixtures and fittings, electrical system, Energia più AIR heating system (an air-to-air heat pump that manages heating and cooling), heat pump boiler for domestic hot water, all combined with a Photovoltaic.

Expenses for construction and structural calculations of the reinforced concrete structures, utility connections, site preparation, exterior improvements, cladding.

Garage construction.

Interior furnishings of the house with the addition of complementary and functional components.

Expenses that include all fees and professional expenses for the surveyor's work, from the preliminary phase to completion of the work.

Expenses for exterior finishing and completion.
