My name is Clara, and today I write to you with a heavy heart to ask for your help. My brother, an incredible young man with a noble heart, has been battling an autoimmune disease that attacks his kidneys since 2018, when he was just 15 years old.

Throughout these years, we have fought tirelessly, facing rigorous medical treatments and daily sacrifices. Thanks to my brother's strength and divine grace, his kidneys have held on until now. However, the moment we feared has arrived: he urgently needs a kidney transplant.

My father, with immense love, has offered to be the donor. But here we encounter an insurmountable obstacle: in Ecuador, we do not have the necessary technology to perform the transplant and manage my brother's complex autoimmune disease. The only viable option is to travel to Spain, where medical advancements offer us real hope.

As you can imagine, this operation and a three-month stay in Spain represent an enormous cost, a challenge that our family cannot face alone.
