Mi chiamo Lisa, ho 14 anni.

Questa estate la mia vita è cambiata all’improvviso: un incidente stradale mi ha fatta entrare in coma.

Quando mi sono risvegliata, ho capito che iniziava una battaglia nuova, difficile, ma che voglio affrontare con coraggio.

Ora mi trovo all’ospedale di Vicenza, dove sto lottando ogni giorno per tornare alla vita di prima.

Prima dell’incidente facevo scherma e suonavo il pianoforte: erano le mie passioni, il mio modo di esprimermi.

Oggi però la parte destra del mio corpo – il braccio e la mano – non risponde più come prima.

Per riattivarla ho bisogno di una terapia speciale: un esoscheletro riabilitativo, uno strumento molto avanzato ma anche molto costoso.

È una tecnologia che può aiutarmi a recuperare i movimenti, a ritrovare autonomia, speranza, futuro.

In questo reparto ho incontrato tanti ragazzi come me, che per motivi diversi affrontano la stessa sfida.

Per questo ho fatto una promessa: se riusciremo ad acquistare questo macchinario, dopo averlo utilizzato lo donerò all’ospedale di Vicenza, perché possa aiutare anche altri bambini e ragazzi a rialzarsi.

Vi chiedo di aiutarmi, ognuno come può.

Un piccolo gesto può trasformarsi in una grande possibilità: non solo per me, ma per tanti altri che stanno lottando per tornare a muovere una mano, a suonare, a vivere.

Grazie di cuore a chi vorrà camminare accanto a me in questo percorso.

Questa raccolta fondi è stata aperta direttamente da noi genitori di Lisa: Claudia Pandolfo e Marco Righi, con il solo scopo di acquistare macchinari riabilitativi dall'azienda a-Circle di San Pietro in Casale (BO).

I fondi raccolti verranno trasferiti sul conto corrente della mamma Claudia Pandolfo per perfezionare l'acquisto

My name is Lisa, and I am 14 years old.

This summer my life changed suddenly: a car accident put me into a coma.

When I woke up, I understood that a new and difficult battle was beginning, but it’s one I want to face with courage.

I am now in the hospital in Vicenza, where I am fighting every day to get my life back.

Before the accident I did fencing and played the piano: they were my passions, my way of expressing myself.

Today, however, the right side of my body – my arm and my hand – no longer responds as it used to.

To reactivate it I need a special therapy: a rehabilitative exoskeleton, a very advanced but also very expensive device.

This technology can help me recover movement, and regain independence, hope, and a future.

In this ward I have met many other kids like me, who for different reasons are facing the same challenge.

That’s why I made a promise: if we manage to purchase this machine, after I finish using it I will donate it to the hospital in Vicenza, so it can help other children and teenagers stand up again.

I am asking for your help, each person in whatever way they can.

A small gesture can turn into a great opportunity: not only for me, but for many others who are fighting to move a hand again, to play music again, to live again.

This fundraising campaign has been launched directly by us, the parents of Lisa, Claudia and Marco, for the sole purpose of purchasing rehabilitation equipment from the company a-Circle S.p.A. in San Pietro in Casale (BO). The funds raised will be transferred to the bank account of the mother, Claudia Pandolfo, in order to complete the purchase.
