My name is Joelle Kwakedi, founder of the Joelle Kwakedi Foundation, an organization committed to hope, solidarity, and change.

Today, I’m reaching out with a heartfelt appeal to all compassionate souls: help us provide school bags and essential supplies to 500 children in need in Kinshasa, DRC, for the 2025 school year.

Too many children in our community face the harsh reality of starting school without even the most basic supplies, a backpack, pencils, or notebooks. This lack of resources not only impacts their education but chips away at their self-esteem and sense of belonging.

We aim to raise enough funds to equip 500 children in disadvantaged areas of Kinshasa. The distribution is planned for August 2025, just before school starts.
