Un aiuto per il Libano - Aid for Lebanon

: Ciao a tutte, tutti e tutt*, vi ringraziamo in anticipo per l’attenzione che speriamo riporrete nella lettura di questo testo esplicativo.

Come molt* di voi sapranno, il Libano, come la Palestina, la Siria, e lo Yemen, è stato negli ultimi mesi uno degli obiettivi più attaccati dalle forze sioniste.

Per questo motivo, il 23 gennaio, una delegazione formata da tre componenti dei Giovani Comunisti/e (la giovanile di Rifondazione Comunista), accompagnata da un fotografo professionista, partirà per Beirut. Siamo stati infatti invitati a partecipare al Forum Regionale MENA, un forum dei partiti giovanili di sinistra di tutto il medio oriente, che si terrà nella capitale; l’argomento di cui ci occuperemo sarà ovviamente la questione palestinese, in quanto, per tutti i rappresentanti presenti, è necessario trovare una soluzione al genocidio in atto prima di cercare una soluzione ai problemi interni.

Il forum avrà una durata di tre giorni ed avremo anche la possibilità di andare a confrontarci con coloro che si occupano del campo profughi palestinesi.

Abbiamo poi deciso di dedicare i giorni restanti a raccogliere quante più testimonianze possibili di ciò che sta accadendo in Libano, sia a livello politico, che sociale ed umanitario, in modo tale da poter portare in Italia una visione chiara di ciò che avviene, non occidentalizzata e libera dalle distorsioni giornalistiche in cui spesso ci imbattiamo. Tale progetto ci donerà inoltre lo strumento della memoria storica, per noi fondamentale, che spesso viene sottovalutata e su cui non viene più riposta fiducia.

Tutto ciò che verrà prodotto verrà utilizzato per creare contenuti di informazione seria da poter condividere il più possibile.

Vi chiediamo dunque di aiutarci, per quanto fattibile, a sostenere questo progetto per il quale stiamo dando anima e corpo.

Una parte dei fondi verrà quindi utilizzata per questo programma, ma il restante verrà devoluto all’ ASSOCIAZIONE DI SOCCORSO POPOLARE LIBANESE, per acquistare l’equipaggiamento medico necessario ad assistere i feriti dei bombardamenti e gli sfollati.

As many of you know, Lebanon, like Palestine, Syria, and Yemen, has been one of the most attacked targets by Zionist forces in recent months.

For this reason, on January 23rd, a delegation of three members of the Giovani Comunisti/e (the youth wing of Rifondazione Comunista), accompanied by a professional photographer, will depart for Beirut.

We have been invited to participate to the MENA Regional Forum, a gathering of left-wing youth parties from across the Middle East, which will take place in the capital. The topic we will address will obviously be the Palestinian issue, as, for all the representatives present, it is crucial to find a solution to the ongoing genocide before seeking solutions to internal problems.

The forum will last three days, and we will also have the opportunity to engage with those working in Palestinian refugee camps.

We have then decided to dedicate the remaining days to collecting as many testimonies as possible about what is happening in Lebanon, politically, socially, and humanitarianly, so that we can bring back to Italy a clear view of what is unfolding, free from Westernized perspectives and journalistic distortions we often encounter.

This project will also provide us with the tool of historical memory, which we consider essential and often undervalued, and in which trust is no longer placed.

Everything produced will be used to create serious informational content to share as widely as possible.

We therefore ask you to support us, as much as you can, in sustaining this project to which we are dedicating our hearts and souls.

A portion of the funds will be used for this program, while the remainder will be donated to the LEBANESE POPULAR AID ASSOCIATION, to purchase medical equipment necessary to assist the wounded from the bombings and the displaced population.

Comme beaucoup d’entre vous le savent, le Liban, comme la Palestine, la Syrie et le Yémen, a été ces derniers mois l’un des pays les plus attaqués par les forces sionistes.

C’est pourquoi, le 23 janvier, une délégation composée de trois membres des Jeunes Communistes (la branche jeunesse de Rifondazione Comunista), accompagnée d’un photographe professionnel, partira pour Beyrouth. Nous avons en effet été invités à participer au Forum régional MENA, un forum des partis de jeunesse de gauche de tout le Moyen-Orient, qui se tiendra dans la capitale. Le sujet que nous aborderons sera évidemment la question palestinienne, car pour tous les représentants présents, il est nécessaire de trouver une solution au génocide en cours avant de chercher à résoudre les problèmes internes. Le forum durera trois jours et nous aurons également la possibilité de rencontrer ceux qui travaillent dans les camps de réfugiés palestiniens.

Nous avons ensuite décidé de consacrer les jours restants à recueillir un maximum de témoignages sur ce qui se passe au Liban, tant sur le plan politique, que social et humanitaire, afin de pouvoir ramener en Italie une vision claire de ce qui se déroule, non occidentalisée et libre des distorsions journalistiques auxquelles nous sommes souvent confrontés. Ce projet nous fournira également l’outil de la mémoire historique, essentiel pour nous, souvent sous-estimé et auquel on ne fait plus confiance.

Tout ce qui sera produit sera utilisé pour créer du contenu d'information sérieux à partager autant que possible.

Nous vous demandons donc de nous aider, dans la mesure de vos possibilités, à soutenir ce projet auquel nous consacrons corps et âme.

Une partie des fonds sera ainsi utilisée pour ce programme, mais le reste sera destiné à l’ASSOCIATION DE SECOURS POPULAIRE LIBANAISE, pour l’achat de matériel médical nécessaire pour assister les blessés des bombardements et les déplacés.
