Living Expense Fund for the Ponders

My name is Catherine McGarity Harris. My sister, Eva McGarity Ponder, was diagnosed with a brain tumor earlier this month and had surgery on January 14, 2016 to remove the mass. Pathology confirmed that the tumor was, in fact, cancerous. She will need to have radiation on the area where the tumor was removed, but surgeons are positive that they were able to eradicate the mass. 

Unfortunately, Eva will not be able to work in her teaching position while she is healing and undergoing radiation treatment. My goal in creating this page is to assist Eva and her husband, Stephen Ponder, with their living expenses during this difficult and stressful time. 

I would be extremely grateful for any assistance you could provide for my sweet Eva, Stephen, and Erik. Eva is a breast cancer survivor so I know with love and support she will beat this disease and be a brain cancer survivor as well!
