To know Jacob was to love Jacob. His big smile and sweet demeanor were infectious to anyone that had the privilege to meet him. Jacob touched the lives of so many people and made a lasting impact on everyone he encountered. He faced many challenges in life but was a true fighter in every sense of the word. His pure soul has touched the hearts of so many.

Jacob’s passing was unexpected and devastating to all that knew him.
