On January 26th my mother Diane accidentally fell down the stairs. As a result, she cracked her head open and badly damaged her spine. Although her back did not break the swelling resulted in the loss of mobility and feeling from the chest down. She was rushed to the ER for spinal surgery, and thankfully, survived and is anticipated to continuously improve.  

My mother is not able to get into a long term rehab facility and not having physical therapy consistently may cause her to lose the progress she is making. We are able to get her into a facility in Illinois, much closer to her home and much need volunteers for help. Transporting mom will require a great deal of help. We are estimating around 20k. 

We have had so many friends, family and coworkers reach out asking how they can help, and this is our plea. Please help our mother, grandmother, wife, aunt, cousin, godmother, neighbor, college and friend make it home to receive the care that she needs. 

My mother always thinks of others and is in her time of need. We are so fortunate that God spared her that night. Please continue to remember her in your prayers.
