Please help the family in this time of need

On May 16, 2023 Jacob Seibel joined his brother Corey Seibel and father Scott Seibel into eternal peace. His battle started on October 23, 1998 when he was born and was fought for 24 years! He also fought for his life in the hospital harder than anyone we know for 15 days! Jacob Seibel was known for his “heart of gold” and his sense of humor. He could make anyone laugh and was always quick to help the “underdog”.

Jake was a loving father to his little boy Axton and was a devoted stay at home dad. He went above and beyond to be the best dad and partner to his long time girlfriend Zoe. Zoe works long hard hours as a manager at Chipotle and was there by his side as hard as it was for 15 days in that dreadful ICU bed. She held his hand day in and day out and refused to let the father of her son go. Obviously this kept her and the family away from work.

In his final hours Jacob became an organ donor, providing life to several individuals through his donation. He received a Medal of Honor for this and will continue to give life to these individuals and their family for years to come. He was able to donate most importantly his heart but his lungs and kidneys too saving 4 lives which have already been matched and are in route!

His infectious laugh and personality will he imprinted on our hearts forever. He was a beautiful soul and will be greatly missed by many, especially by his son Axton. Please consider giving to the family at this time to help with the cost of expenses and support of his son and girlfriend Zoe while they navigate this tough time. No one should have to worry about money in times like this so anything you can contribute at all will help make our lives much easier!
