Funeral expenses

My mother in law unexpectedly passed away. With no life insurance and here at Christmas time our family is left to pay for her funeral/burial expenses. To our surprise you can't donate to science without agreeing to before death. Also unknowingly to us even the cheapest expenses are expensive. The total I put is the minimum it will cost us just to creamate her with no service provided by the funeral home. We will have a memorial service at a later date. This doesn't include any of her other expenses we have now been left with to take care of. If you can donate we thank you very much, if you can not please share and help get the word out there.
