On July 19th I'll be running a 50k Ultramarathon in the midsummer heat for two very good causes which mean a lot to me and people around me.

Macmillan Cancer Support helped a very close friend of mine through a very tough time in their life, as they do to over 2 million people affected by Cancer each year, with nearly 1 in 2 people experiencing a diagnosis in their lifetime.

Dogs Trust help care for, rehome, support and rehabilitate thousands of dogs each year. Improving their quality of life and helping to find new forever homes. Every dog deserves a loving home and they do a huge part in trying to ensure that.
