Ulrek Needs Club Foot and Oral Surgery

My name is Angela, Ulrek's Mom. Ulrek was born with Club Foot and a single kidney. We worked with doctors to make sure the existing kidney was healthy. We did the casts, surgery and braces to correct his club foot at the time. He recently experienced a growth spike and it caused the foot to turn significantly. The doctor has informed us that if we do not get in for correction soon, He will be walking on the top of his foot soon. It will only become harder to correct. AT this point Ulrek will get a series of casts that are changed weekly to try and adjust the foot as much as possible before surgery. Then comes the surgery that will result in cutting a tendon in the ankle that relieves the pull on the foot allowing it to stretch. He will wear a hard full leg cast for a few weeks. Ulrek will get a walking cast after that. The next step will be a removeable cast. I've been told that he will need to wear a Night Splint until done growing. We have medical insurance, but we will have to pay the "max out of pocket".

While brushing Ulrek's teeth, he was having some severe sensitivity, so we went to the dentist. Due to his age(5), they want to sedate him for a three-hour oral surgery. Some teeth need pulling, root canals and fillings. Again, we have dental insurance, but it doesn't cover the sedation. It pains me to see him needing the procedures. Both surgeries are urgent and I need help. These are absolutely neccessary procedures and I can't afford to do them. I am desperately asking for help.
