Ulloa Family

It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the sudden passing of our beloved, Phillip Ulloa on September 16, 2019. Phil is survived by his beautiful wife, Liliana Ulloa. Phil and Lili have been in each other’s lives for 23 years. The amount of love they shared was endless. They were best friends who instantly fell in love and became husband and wife. They have 3 children, Valentina 10, Victoria 8, and son Ian 7. His children were his everything and the loves of his life. He was so proud and always in awe of their gifts and talents. Their home was filled with endless silly fun and laughter. Their love for him was priceless to watch. Victoria spent all weekends on the phone talking to him while he drove for hours. The loss of their Daddy is unimaginable and may take a lifetime to heal.
Phil was very close to his Father, Don Felipe and Mother, Teresa and all his sisters and brothers . He adored all of his nieces and nephews profusely. His parents raised him with good old fashion values and he attained their amazing work ethic. In 2012 he moved his family to Texas and began working as a truck driver. His entire close nit family spent a lot of time together laughing and joking. If he was in the room, he made sure you had a good laugh with him, but also made sure to tell you something special to take with you. He enjoyed having BBQ’s and watching movies! Ultimately he was just someone who enjoyed quality time with those he loved most. His childhood friends were also such an amazing part of Life. He was loyal and true to his brothers.
He sacrificed time away from his loving wife and his kids to be the sole provider and drove his truck across Texas. He did everything possible so that Lili could be at home raising the kids, as a homemaker. Phil was a contracted truck driver and was an owner operator for their business, EMMA RAE & Son. He proudly drove his truck with his children’s name at heart.
He selflessly always thought of others over himself. He was truly one of a kind. Amazing husband and father, loving son, brother, and friend.
The family is heartbroken and devasted by his sudden loss.
We are reaching out to ask for your support in any amount, small or large, so Lili and the kids can have some security for a few months while they grieve during this fragile time. This passing was sudden and financially we don’t know what the new norm will be. The top priority is to make sure his children are taken care of, as this pain is monumental.
Astra Herman, Lili’s sister, is setting up this GofundMe  to help the Ulloa family. Any monetary amount is greatly appreciated.

We also ask for all your thoughts and prayers during this difficult sensitive time.

The entire family of Phillip Ulloa would like to thank you from the bottom of their hearts!!❤️❤️❤️
