Ullico Fundraiser for Dee Dee Liddell
Donation protected
All:
By now, many of you have heard that Dee Dee Liddel’s house was burned down on Tuesday evening March 19th. Dee Dee is a Manager, Loan Administration in REIG. She has been a dedicated employee of Ullico for 33 years! I spoke with her at length on Thursday and she gave me permission to share her story with all of you – her friends and co-workers.
When Dee Dee left her house for work on Tuesday morning, she only had the clothes on her back and her car. By the time she returned home from work that evening, her house had been engulfed in flames. Fortunately, no one was in the house (and she doesn’t have any pets) so no one was physically hurt. However, I’m sure we can all imagine the emotional pain and anguish of losing all of your personal belongings, many of which can never be replaced.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this point. The insurance company has put her in a hotel so she does have temporary housing, but after suffering a devastating loss like this, we all know that the road to rebuilding will be very difficult. When a tragedy like this occurs to a member of the Ullico Family, we know that we can count on our employees to show their support! We have created this corporate GoFundMe account to help Dee Dee during this difficult time.
In addition, we will be accepting clothes, restaurant gift cards and gas cards on Dee Dee’s behalf. Please see details below. All donations should be delivered to Dee Dee’s manager, Donita Johnson in REIG.
Women’s clothing – Med or size 8-10 (dresses, pants, skirts, shirts), shoes – size 8
Men’s clothing – shirts – 3X, pants – size 44 – 46, shoes – size 13
Thank you in advance for your support!
