Hello!

My name is Krista Magnifico. I am a veterinarian dedicated to helping animals in the most dire need.

With the war in the Ukraine intensifying and showing no end in sight the animals being left behind or losing their families have become one of the most tragically sad stories of our lifetime. There is immense and immediate need for help. I will be leaving on the 20th of April to travel into the Ukraine to stay at the Breaking the Chain compound to help provide medical care to the animals being rescued from war torn towns within the Ukraine. These animals will receive veterinary care before they are transported out of the country to shelters for their longer term care. I expect to be there three weeks. It is a grassroots effort to save as any lives as we are able. The cost of travel will be somewhere around $2,000. The cost of medications and supplies will be about $3,000. We hope to have much of the rest of the needed medications donated.
