Hi friends and family, Tigris here! I have been selected to be a part of the Ukrainian Rugby League squad to compete for a place in the 2026 Rugby League World Cup .

Our first step in securing a spot in the World Cup is to compete in the European World Qualifiers held in France . I am considered a Ukrainian Heritage player who has Ukrainian blood but is based over seas. We will be combined with Ukrainian domestic players which live in Ukraine. I would like to acknowledge the domestic boys and commend them on their bravery since they are all required to serve in the military throughout this on going conflict.

SO! I would like to call on anybody who would be willing to assist me in this journey, whether that be $1 or $1000 it is going to an extremely great cause by putting Ukraine on the map which could lead to opportunities such as providing rugby talent exposure to the domestic Ukrainian Rugby League players and also further exposure to the situation unfolding in Ukraine.

Any extra funds will go towards assisting the Ukrainian domestic players who currently planning on traveling via coach. However we would love to get them together with us heritage players to travel via plane to reduce fatigue and give us the best chances to compete for that World Cup position.
