Belfast City Marathon

Hi, my name is Joshua and alongside my friend Dylan we are taking on the Belfast City Marathon on the 4th of May. Mental health is an issue that touches every community here. Northern Ireland has the highest suicide rate in the UK, with rates of depression and anxiety being around 25% higher than the rest of the UK. Suicide remains the leading cause of death among young people here. After some thought we have decided to raise funds for the Niamh Louise Foundation. The Niamh Louise Foundation is a suicide prevention charity based in Northern Ireland, offering vital support to individuals and families affected by suicide, self harm, and mental ill health.
