Steve & I bought this Burbank townhouse just before we got married in 1992… It was like NY where he came from in that it was like a co-op apartment… He felt safe, we were close to some of his friends like Calvin Jung (who worked with Steve in “American Ninja 3”) & Brian Patrick Clark & Kathy Johnson Clark...
 
When we moved in, he went around from unit to unit introducing himself & reassuring everyone that he was not to be feared…
 
If I can’t pay my HOA dues that I am behind in & the utility bills, I will have to sell our townhouse… I am saddened that the Board sees fit to put a lien on my house during these terrible times of COVID-19 as I have pretty much no money coming in from my doggie business…
 
I did a little pet boarding & daycare but because of COVID-19, no one is traveling so I am not able to watch any kids… This was a little money that supplemented my meager Social Security payments… Earlier, I had a 401k & IRA that came from Steve’s life insurance after he died but it was stolen by a con man so I have to rely solely on my SS…
 
Please, please help Cash Jr, Jewels & myself to get together $5,000 to pay my bills that I have gotten behind in… I really, really need help…
