Hi everyone,

Our family is going through an incredibly difficult time, and we are reaching out for support during my stepdad’s recovery.

Robert was recently in a serious accident while riding a quad and was thrown over 30 feet. As a result, he suffered a broken neck and a spinal hematoma and had to undergo emergency surgery. He’s currently hospitalized and has a long road to recovery ahead of him. For the next few months, he will be required to wear a neck and torso brace and will need constant care and support.

Unfortunately, he does not have health insurance, and the medical bills are already overwhelming. On top of that, my mom is now his sole caregiver and is unable to return to work anytime soon, which has put our family under serious financial strain.

Anyone who knows him knows he’s a great, funny guy with a big heart — the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. Right now, we’re doing everything we can to support him, but we can’t do this alone.

All donations will go toward medical bills, rehabilitation, living expenses, and help my mother and stepfather stay afloat during his recovery. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page means just as much.
