On February 3rd on a ski trip with friends in Crested Butte, Mark had a terrible snowboarding accident which involved him hitting a tree and breaking his femur. After emergency surgery and a stay in the hospital later, he still has a long road ahead ahead of him. Mark faces being out of work for 3 months or more. He will be out of paid time off and sick leave in just a couple weeks, which leads him without a paycheck for the duration of time that he is recovering.
