Moo is a 14 week old 3.5lb puppy. Moo needed to have life saving surgery. being the curious puppy he is, he swallowed a string and it was actually anchored under his tounge and went down into his intestines.

On Aug 10 moo underwent his first surgery a gastrotomy where they went in through his belly and removed the string. Moo was extremely lucky because it was an easy fix but, if we didn’t do the surgery he wouldn’t have survived. this surgery alone was 7,200$

i could not put this sweet 13 week old puppy down when he could be saved. we do have emergency funding but this only covers 3,000$.

Moo came home two days later and developed two sacs at the base of his abdomen. we called the animal hospital and they told us it could be fluid build up which could happen and if it gets bigger to call them.

the next morning we noticed moo’s incision was leaking a clear pinkish fluid. but the incision was closed and looked great.then Monday morning we went to chance his suit and saw he had a tiny opening at the top of his incision. we rushed him back to the vet to find out he needed another surgery to clean out his wound and reclose it back up. the estimate for this surgery is between 3100$ and 3900. we agreed to move forward with this surgery.

I am not one to ask for handouts but we are desperate. anything helps. all money will go directly to his medical bills. if you feel

i could not just give up on this little puppy, animals are my weakness and i would do anything i possibly could to care for them.

Moo is a fighter and i know that he is supposed to grow up and have a extremely awesome life, and if i could give him that chance i wanted to.
